ZERO POINT WEIGHT WATCHERS MACARONI SALAD

ingredients :

 6 oz raw elbow macaroni (approximately 1 cup raw or three cups cooked)
 cup mayonnaise
 2 tablespoons of white vinegar

 2 tablespoons white sugar
 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

 2 teaspoons minced garlic
 1 sweet onion cut into cubes
 2 cups chopped celery
 1 red pepper cut into cubes
 three hard-boiled eggs, sliced
 1 cup clean chopped parsley

Directions :

Cook the pasta in step with the instructions at the package. Rinse the dren in cold water, and while the pasta is cooking, chop the onion, celery, pepper, egg, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, and additionally garlic till smooth.

In a huge bowl, combine bloodless pasta, onion, celery, paprika, eggs, and parsley. Stir with the sauce and refrigerate till ready to serve
