Zero Point Orange Fluff
Ingredients:
- 1 small box (sugar-free) orange Jell-O (about 0.3 oz)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges in juice, drained
- 1 tub (8 oz) fat-free whipped topping (like Cool Whip) — optional if you want it extra fluffy
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water and mix.
- Let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30–45 minutes until it’s slightly thickened (but not fully set).
- Stir in the Greek yogurt and drained mandarin oranges.
- Gently fold in the fat-free whipped topping if you’re using it for extra fluffiness.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.
Tips:
- For extra texture, you can add some diced strawberries or crushed pineapple (zero points if drained and packed in juice, not syrup).
- Skip whipped topping if you want it even more “pure” zero points!
