Zero Point Orange Fluff

Ingredients:

  • 1 small box (sugar-free) orange Jell-O (about 0.3 oz)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges in juice, drained
  • 1 tub (8 oz) fat-free whipped topping (like Cool Whip) — optional if you want it extra fluffy

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water and mix.
  3. Let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30–45 minutes until it’s slightly thickened (but not fully set).
  4. Stir in the Greek yogurt and drained mandarin oranges.
  5. Gently fold in the fat-free whipped topping if you’re using it for extra fluffiness.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.

Tips:

  • For extra texture, you can add some diced strawberries or crushed pineapple (zero points if drained and packed in juice, not syrup).
  • Skip whipped topping if you want it even more “pure” zero points!
