WW Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

New and improved Pumpkin Whoopie Pies – make this now!

  • 2 servings of Devotion Nutrition Sweet Potato Pie protein powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup of water
    Mix together and spoon into a 12 cavity reg size whoopie pie pan or muffin top pan (spray non stick!)
    Bake 350 10-12 min
    Filling – 5 Tbsp of Cool whip free mixed with 2 Tbsp of Marshmallow Fluff.
    This recipe makes 6 whoopie pies when assembled. 1 WW point each ( all color plans on WW )
    70 cal, 6.8 carbs, 1 fat, 8 protein
    Please allow them to cool before filling. These are great frozen too!
