WW Chocolate Frosty

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-calorie milk)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (low-sugar or sugar-free)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1-2 tsp stevia or another sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 cups ice (depending on desired thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the almond milk, chocolate protein powder, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice: Gradually add ice while blending to reach the desired consistency. For a thicker Frosty, add more ice.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness: If you like it sweeter, you can add more stevia or sweetener of your choice.
  4. Serve: Pour the Frosty into a cup and enjoy immediately!
