Weight Watchers Spicy goulash with bean stew – 3point

ngredients (Serves 4):

  • 200g lean ground beef (5% fat) – 4 WW points total
  • 1 cup canned mixed beans (drained & rinsed) – 0 points
  • 1 onion, finely chopped – 0 points
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped – 0 points
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced – 0 points
  • 1 tsp olive oil – 1 WW point
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes (400g) – 0 points
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste – 0 points
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the mixed beans and let it simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes until thickened.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

🍽️ Serving Size:

1 portion = ~1.5 cups
