Weight Watchers Spicy goulash with bean stew – 3point

ngredients (Serves 4):
- 200g lean ground beef (5% fat) – 4 WW points total
- 1 cup canned mixed beans (drained & rinsed) – 0 points
- 1 onion, finely chopped – 0 points
- 1 bell pepper, chopped – 0 points
- 2 garlic cloves, minced – 0 points
- 1 tsp olive oil – 1 WW point
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (400g) – 0 points
- 1 tbsp tomato paste – 0 points
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
🔥 Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mixed beans and let it simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes until thickened.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
