Weight Watchers Ranch Chicken Recipe

This Weight Watchers Ranch Chicken Recipe is a family favorite!! Saving time and money is essential to my family, and we always look for ways to do so.  Easy dinners do that; thankfully, chicken breasts are 0 points on the Weight Watchers plan.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cups Corn Flakes
  • 6 Tablespoon Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 Pound boneless skinless chicken breasts

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a zipper bag crush cornflakes and combine with ranch seasoning
  • Coat your chicken breast with sour cream, I did mine lightly, just enough to make the seasoning stick to the chicken breast.
  • Place a breast in the zipper bag and shake to coat in corn flake mixture
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish with a nonstick spray
  • Remove the chicken breast from the bag and place in your pan
  • Repeat these steps till all breasts are covered
  • Take remaining mixture and cover the chicken breasts
  • Bake for 45 minutes till chicken breast is cooked thoroughly

NOTES

**you could use low fat to lower point value for the recipe
