Ingredients
- 1 cup low-sugar granola or puffed rice cereal
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels (use low-sodium or whole wheat)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or peanuts)
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter powder (mixed with water into a paste)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free or light caramel syrup
Instructions
- Prep the Mix:
In a large bowl, combine granola, pretzels, and nuts. Toss well to ensure even distribution. - Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. - Combine Ingredients:
Pour the melted chocolate over the granola mix. Stir until everything is coated. Add the prepared peanut butter paste and caramel syrup, mixing thoroughly. - Shape the Candies:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet to form clusters. - Set and Chill:
