Ingredients:
  • 3 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 box (1 oz) sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, pudding mix, eggs, vanilla extract, and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a nonstick or lightly greased springform pan.
  4. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
