Weight Watchers Banana Frosty (Only 1Point)π

Ingredients:
- 1 large banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons powdered erythritol or another sugar substitute (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker frosty)
Instructions:
- Place the sliced and frozen banana in a blender.
- Add the unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and powdered erythritol to the blender.
- If you prefer a thicker frosty, you can add a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Taste the frosty and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more powdered erythritol.
- Pour the banana frosty into a glass and enjoy immediately!
