Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons powdered erythritol or another sugar substitute (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker frosty)

Instructions:

  1. Place the sliced and frozen banana in a blender.
  2. Add the unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and powdered erythritol to the blender.
  3. If you prefer a thicker frosty, you can add a handful of ice cubes.
  4. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Taste the frosty and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more powdered erythritol.
  6. Pour the banana frosty into a glass and enjoy immediately!
