Weight Watchers Banana Frosty (Only 1Point)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-point milk alternative)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 packet of zero-calorie sweetener (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Freeze the Banana:
    • Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
    • Place the banana slices in a freezer-safe bag or container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  2. Blend the Ingredients:
    • Add the frozen banana slices, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more almond milk, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Add Ice Cubes (Optional):
    • If you prefer a thicker, icier frosty, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  4. Serve Immediately:
    • Pour the banana frosty into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Tips:

  • For an extra point, you can add a tablespoon of light whipped topping or a few mini chocolate chips on top.
  • You can also add a dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder for added flavor without adding points.
