Weight Watchers 5-Minute Fudge

Ingredients:-

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
  • 3 cups powdered sugar (confectioners’ sugar)
  • Optional: Chopped nuts or sprinkles for topping

Instructions:-

  1. Line an 8×8 inch (or similar size) baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal of the fudge.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and almond milk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition until the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
  5. Quickly spread the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, using a spatula to smooth the top.
  6. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or sprinkles over the top of the fudge for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 1-2 hours or until it’s firm enough to cut into squares.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper or foil, then cut it into squares….
