Weight Watchers 1-Point Lemon Cheesecake:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 box (1 oz) sugar-free lemon-flavored Jell-O pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Keebler Graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
- Almond milk Reddi Whip (for topping)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cheesecake Base:
- In a mixing bowl, combine fat-free Greek yogurt, sugar-free lemon Jell-O pudding mix, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2-3 hours or until it sets.
- Top with Graham Cracker Crumbs:
- Once set, sprinkle Keebler Graham cracker crumbs on top of the cheesecake.
- Serve:
- Portion the cheesecake into servings.
- Top with Almond Milk Reddi Whip:
- Add a dollop of Almond milk Reddi Whip on top of each serving.
