Weight Watchers 1-Point Lemon Cheesecake:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 box (1 oz) sugar-free lemon-flavored Jell-O pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Keebler Graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
  • Almond milk Reddi Whip (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Base:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine fat-free Greek yogurt, sugar-free lemon Jell-O pudding mix, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Chill:
    • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2-3 hours or until it sets.
  3. Top with Graham Cracker Crumbs:
    • Once set, sprinkle Keebler Graham cracker crumbs on top of the cheesecake.
  4. Serve:
    • Portion the cheesecake into servings.
  5. Top with Almond Milk Reddi Whip:
    • Add a dollop of Almond milk Reddi Whip on top of each serving.
