Weight Watchers 0 Point Orange Dream

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh orange juice (make sure it’s 100% orange juice)
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar substitute (optional, based on your sweetness preference)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Orange slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Squeeze fresh oranges to obtain 1 cup of orange juice.
- If you haven’t already, measure out the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar substitute.
- Blend:
- In a blender, combine the fresh orange juice, non-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar substitute.
- If you like a colder and thicker drink, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender as well.
- Blend Until Smooth:

- Taste and Adjust:
- Taste the Orange Dream and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sugar substitute.
