Weight Watchers 0 Point Orange Dream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (make sure it’s 100% orange juice)
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar substitute (optional, based on your sweetness preference)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Orange slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Squeeze fresh oranges to obtain 1 cup of orange juice.
    • If you haven’t already, measure out the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar substitute.
  2. Blend:
    • In a blender, combine the fresh orange juice, non-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sugar substitute.
