vegetables and tofu

This is a very easy and yummy food I made.
Involve 20 min chopping ingredients + 20 minutes fry them + 30 minute in slow cooker.
What you need:
Firm tofu, 1 bag. Cubed and fried with minimal oil
Sweet pea. 1 small frozen bag.
2 medium to large yellow potato. Cubed & fried for 10 min.
Celery full stem. Lightly fry with min. Oil
One pack of Tikka Masala sauce.
1 can of tomato paste
White Onion. 1 medium, chopped & fried
Garlic
Ginger root
Chop all your vegetables and tofu. Fry them lightly, pour in the pot and add your sauce and let it stir for 30 minutes.
You can serve it with white rice.
