Vegetable stew
ingredients
16 oz of sliced cabbage
4 garlic cloves, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
2 bunches of green onions, diced
2 cans stewed tomatoes
6 cups vegetable stalk
6 zucchini, diced
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
In a 4 or 6 quart pot
Instructions
Add some corn or vegetable oil
Cook the onions, garlic, and celery, until onions are clear.
Add the stewed tomatoes
Add cabbage
Add stock and water to cover the cabbage.
Add green onions and zucchini
Season to taste with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil and then let simmer for about an hour.
You can add rice or shelled or elbow pasta to make it more hardy.
