Ingredients

Instructions

βœ… 1. Prep Zucchini:

  • Wash and thinly slice the zucchini using a knife or mandoline.
  • Pat slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

βœ… 2. Set Up Coating:

  • In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

βœ… 3. Coat Zucchini:

  • Toss zucchini slices in olive oil to coat.
  • Press each slice into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.
