VEGAN PIZZA CRUST

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup warm water
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
Add the olive oil and warm water to the mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Lightly coat a clean bowl with olive oil and place the dough in it. Cover with a clean cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about an hour or until it doubles in size.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into your desired pizza shape.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
Add your desired pizza toppings on top of the crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are cooked to your liking.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
