
Vegan Mango Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup plant-based yogurt (coconut, almond, soy, or oat)
- ¾–1 cup coconut milk (carton or canned, to taste)
- Optional:
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or agave
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed
- A splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust thickness with more coconut milk if needed.
- Serve immediately.

Use frozen banana for extra creaminess without ice.
