VEGAN MAGIC BARS

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups vegan graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
1 14-ounce can vegan condensed coconut milk
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
1 cup chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts)
1/2 cup dried cranberries or other dried fruit (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan graham cracker crumbs and melted vegan butter until evenly mixed.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish, using a spatula or the bottom of a glass to pack it down.
Pour the vegan condensed coconut milk over the crust, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the vegan chocolate chips, shredded coconut flakes, chopped nuts, and dried cranberries (if using) on top of the coconut milk layer.
Bake the Magic bars in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the top is lightly toasted.
Let the bars cool completely in the baking dish before slicing and serving.
