VEGAN MAC N CHEESE

VEGAN MAC N CHEESE

Ingredients

Boiled rice noodles, seasoned with garlic powder and pinch of seasoned salt, Earth Balance Butter melted into hot noodles.
Cheese sauce made with rice milk and Daiya block of cheese w/ Violife slices.
Poured cheese sauce mixture into buttered noodles and poured into pan (lightly sprayed with Vegetable cooking spray)
Topped with shredded cheddar cheese and baked for 30-40 minutes @ 375°
