Vegan lobster roll
In a pot boil some water with about 1/4 cup sugar, some paprika, and a good amount of seaweed. Cut up the hearts of palm and then boil the hearts for about 3 minutes, and then turn off the heat and let it sit in the broth for a 3 more minutes. Then drain them.
In the oven, turn the broiler to high and lay out your hearts and coat them in a little bit of oil. Broil the hearts until they are a light brown (this is so that you can dry them out a little bit)
Make your dressing by chopping up your veggies, dill, adding in your mayo and lemon juice.
Now to assemble. In a pan, sauté your garlic in some vegan butter until it is tender. Then add your hearts of palm. Season with old bay, garlic powder, and onion power.
Turn off the heat, and then add in your cold dressing. And serve with rolls of your choice. I toast the rolls in a bit of butter
