Vegan Brownies Recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (acts as an egg substitute)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (such as almond or soy milk)
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, vegetable oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the dairy-free milk. Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- If using, fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice into squares and enjoy your delicious vegan brownies!
