Unstuffed cabbage roll


INGREDIENTS
8 oz ground beef
5 oz cabbage chopped
2 oz mozzarella shredded
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 large tomato diced
1 large onion diced
1 cup water or beef broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning
fresh parsley chopped
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour olive oil into a large skillet and fry the ground beef with the onion and tomatoes.
Add tomato paste and mix with a wooden spoon.
Then, add the chopped cabbage, garlic powder, seasoning mix, salt, pepper, and pour in the water to beef broth.
Lower the heat to medium and cover the skillet with a lid. Cook until the liquid evaporates—about 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella and cover with a lid for one more minute so that the cheese melts.
Let it cool down for a bit then serve topped off with fresh chopped parsley.
