UNSTUFFED CABBAGE (0 POINTS FOR THE ENTIRE RECIPE

WEEKLY PREP UNSTUFFED CABBAGE (0 POINTS FOR THE ENTIRE RECIPE BECAUSE EVERY INGREDIENT IN IT 0 POINTS). I SEPERATE INTO 6 INDIVIDUAL SERVINGS.

1 pound ground chicken breast

1/2 onion diced

1 tbs minced garlic

1/2 cabbage head chopped (I used 1 bag coleslaw mix kind without dressing)

1/2 bag shredded carrots (I don’t measure just dump)

1 (14.5oz can) diced tomato

1 can tomato sauce

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbs vegan not chicken (brand bouillon powder)

Add tiny bit water if needed

Sauté onion garlic and add chicken & cook add in other veggies (coleslaw mix & carrot). Pour in diced tomato and tomato sauce and sprinkle in the bouillon. Mix well. Let simmer until cooked through taste and add seasoning if needed. Enjoy over rice or as is. I used 2 servings as the filling in 2 stuffed peppers which I will top with dairy free cheese and which will add points to them (I’m dairy intolerant)
