Thanksgiving Sliders

Ingredients:

12 slider buns (or Hawaiian rolls)
1 cup deli turkey or leftover turkey
2 cups prepared stuffing mix
1 cup cranberry sauce
6 tbsp melted salted butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon poppy seeds
2 teaspoon minced dried onion

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected as a single sheet.

3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.

4. Spread the prepared stuffing evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.

5. Layer the turkey on top of the stuffing.

6. Mix cranberry sauce with 1.5 teaspoons of Dijon mustard. Spread sauce over turkey.

7. Place the top half of the rolls back on top.

8. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, remaining Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced dried onion, and poppy seeds.

9. Pour this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.

10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the sliders are heated through and tops are golden

Serve warm, using a knife to cut them into individual sliders if needed.
