Syn free pizza

Everyone loves pizza, and this delicious Syn Free BBQ Chicken Pizza will help curb the cravings.

About Time

  • Cook Time  12 mins
  • Total Time  22 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 low calorie wrap or pitta
  • 50g of mozzarella
  • ½ cup of cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons of your favourite barbecue sauce
  • ¼ cup (60ml) of passata
  • ½ green pepper, sliced
  • ½ small red onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200c/400f (gas mark 6)
  2. Place Pitta or Wrap onto a baking tray
  3. Combine the barbecue sauce and passata
  4. Spread over the pitta bread or wrap
  5. Add the Cooked Chicken to the top of the sauce
  6. Add the mozzarella and scatter with the red onion and green pepper
  7. Bake in the oven for approx 12 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
  8. (depending on toppings and base you use, baking time may taking slightly less or longer)
