Quick easy no bake cheesecake.

Line 6″ spring form tin with swiss roll..

Whisk 1 pot 300ml double cream + 50g icing sugar + 1 tub 250g mascarpone. As you fill put little blobs of jam then with knife or skewer swirl though mix save a little to pipe on top add fruit…Stand in fridge at least 2hrs before cutting…Enjoy πŸ˜‹
