Stuffed Pepper Soup
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground meat
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- Season salt & pepper to taste
- 30 oz diced tomatoes
- 30 oz tomato sauce
- ⅓ cup worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups instant rice
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
In a large pot cook ground meat, onions, garlic, and seasonings
SECOND STEP:
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, and broth
THIRD STEP:
Bring to a boil then add bell pepper, reduce and simmer for 30 minutes
FOURTH STEP:
Stir in instant rice and cook until done
Serve right away
