Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Fluff (High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese (or more Greek yogurt if you prefer)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or cheesecake protein powder
  • 2–4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice, just enough to blend)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Sweetener to taste (optional: honey, maple syrup, stevia, etc.)
  • Optional:
    • ½ tsp lemon juice (cheesecake tang)
    • ¼ tsp salt (brings out sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until very thick, smooth, and fluffy.
    • Stop and scrape the sides if needed.
  3. If it’s too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time and re-blend.
  4. Spoon into a bowl and enjoy immediately, or chill 10–15 minutes for extra thickness.

Optional Toppings (Still High-Protein Friendly)

  • Crushed graham crackers or high-fiber cereal
  • Extra sliced strawberries
  • A dollop of Greek yogurt
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips

  • Calories: ~250–320
  • Texture: Thick, mousse-like, almost ice-cream fluff
