Ingredients
2 cup+1 tbsp all purpose flour (250g)
1/2 cup cocoa powder (40g)
2 teaspoon baking powder (6g)
1 teaspoon baking soda (3g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
1½ cup sugar (300g)
2 egg
1¼ cup Evaporated milk (312ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ teaspoon vinegar
1/2 cup cooking oil size cup (125ml)
Chocolate Ganache Frosting
3 tablespoon cornstarch (24g)
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar (75g)
1½ cup Evaporated milk (370ml)
2 tbsp margarine or butter (20g)
Make 4 pan 8x4x2 size
Boil the water before steaming
Steamed on medium low heat for up to 25 minutes
if you have an oven at home bake it 150c for 25 to 30 minutes
