Spinach Artichoke Chicken Bowls

Cooked chicken breast (10-12 oz) I used rotisserie

1/2 cup artichoke hearts

1 cup blended cottage cheese

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

1-2 garlic cloves

1/2 cup thawed frozen spinach

Salt, pepper, to taste

400°F for about 10 min (enough to get brown on the top)
