Spicy Rice

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Oil
½ Onion, chopped
½ cup chopped Red, yellow and green pepper
1 tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Mixed herbs
¼ cup Hot sauce
4 cups Rice, cooked
¼ cup drained canned Peas
1 Tbsp Butter
Method:
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and peppers, and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the turmeric, Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM , paprika, mixed herbs and hot sauce. Stir to combine.
Add the cooked rice and mix to coat with the spices.
Add the peas and butter.
Cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Tip: Best served with creamy chicken or any roasted or grilled meat.
