Ingredients
2 lb chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp oil
Glaze
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Season wings with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oil.
2. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 35–45 minutes until browned.
3. In a pan, melt butter, honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and chili flakes; simmer 3 minutes.
4. Toss baked wings in the glaze until coated and glossy.
5. Return to oven for 5–7 minutes to caramelize.
