Slow Cooker Roast Beef with Weight Watchers Points Recipe

A good roast beef dinner is a hearty meal that will keep you full and satisfied throughout the day. This recipe for slow cooker roast beef is perfect for days when you don’t have time to cook, but still want to enjoy a home cooked meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs rump roast
  • 1 can (10.5oz) condensed beef broth
  • 1 can (10.75oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a slow cooker, add the roast.
  • Pour the beef broth and the cream of mushroom soup over the top of the roast.
  • Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours.
