Diabetic Slow Cooker Quiche (Low-Carb, No Sugar)

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened milk or almond milk
  • 1 cup vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion — chopped)
  • ½ cup cheese (cheddar, feta, or mozzarella)
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

How to Make (Slow Cooker)

  1. Lightly grease slow cooker.
  2. Whisk eggs + milk + seasoning.

  4. Pour into slow cooker.
