SLOW COOKER LEMON CURD RICE PUDDING

175g Dried pudding rice
1.3 Litres skimmed milk
4 Tablespoons sweetener
Lemon extract
Topping
Specially Selected lemon curd 1 tablespoon 2.5 Syns
method
Pop the pudding rice milk sweetener & lemon extract into the slow cooker give it a good mix then cook on high for 3-4 hours it’s that easy
Then top with lemon curd I served mine hot & the lemon curd just melted into the rice pudding…Dreamy
4 Syns per serving for the rice pudding

Worth every single SYN…I absolutely loved it
You can make chocolate orange rice pudding too just add in 1.5 Tablespoons of cocoa powder & swap the lemon extract for orange extract
