Sliced Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 medium russet or Yukon gold potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives), for garnish

Instructions (Oven Method):

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Slice into ¼-inch rounds.
  3. Pat slices dry with paper towels.
  4. In a bowl, toss slices with oil/butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan if using.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer (use parchment paper for easier cleanup).
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp on the edges.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm!
