Sliced Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2–3 medium russet or Yukon gold potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives), for garnish

Instructions (Oven Method):
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Slice into ¼-inch rounds.
- Pat slices dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss slices with oil/butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan if using.
- Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer (use parchment paper for easier cleanup).
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp on the edges.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm!
