sausage and shrimp kabobs air fryer recipe
Ingredients:
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 sausage links (chicken, pork, or your favorite variety), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the Skewers: Thread the shrimp, sausage, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients for a colorful presentation.
- Season the Kabobs: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the kabobs to ensure everything is well-coated.
