salmon patties

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (14.75 oz each) pink salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained and flaked pink salmon with breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped celery, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray.
  5. Cook the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the salmon patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Serve the Weight Watchers Salmon Patties with your favorite side dishes or on a whole wheat bun for a salmon burger.
