salmon patties

Ingredients:
- 2 cans (14.75 oz each) pink salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the drained and flaked pink salmon with breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped celery, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray.
- Cook the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the salmon patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the Weight Watchers Salmon Patties with your favorite side dishes or on a whole wheat bun for a salmon burger.
