Roasted Vegetables in Your Air Fryer

Ingredients:

1 pound of your chosen vegetable (broccoli, cauliflower, or Brussels sprouts), cut into bite-sized pieces

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional seasonings: Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.

3. Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

4. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

Broccoli: 10-12 minutes

Cauliflower: 12-15 minutes

Brussels Sprouts: 12-15 minutes (halve or quarter them if they are large)

5. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Tips for Perfect Air Fryer Roasted Vegetables

Cut the vegetables into uniform sizes: This ensures even cooking.

Don’t overcrowd the basket: Cook in batches if necessary.

Shake the basket halfway through: This promotes even browning.

Adjust cooking time: Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer and the size of the vegetable pieces.

Add a squeeze of lemon juice: A little acidity brightens up the flavor.
