Roast chicken recipe:


For 8 pieces of chicken legs

Blended 8 cherry tomatoes, 4 dried chillies, 1/2 red pepper, and 4 garlic cloves. Then mixed
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon juice and zest.
2 tbsp gherkin pickle juice.
1 tsp mr naga
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp jar mint
1 tsp honey
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp mixed herbs.
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp salt.
Mix everything and you should get a lovely reddish marinade.
In a big bowl Fully cover the chicken leg pieces in the marinade, cover bowl with cling film and leave over night to marinade.
Place them on a baking tray and cook for 40 mins at 200c.
