Refreshing Yogurt Parfait!
Ingredients:
* 1 cup Greek yogurt
* 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
* 1/4 cup diced mango
* 1 tablespoon granola or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
* Layer it up: Start with a layer of Greek yogurt in a bowl or glass.
* Add the fruit: Top with a layer of berries, mango, and kiwi.
* Repeat: Add another layer of yogurt, followed by another layer of fruit.
