Ingredients:
1 cup butter (melted)
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 (11 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
Make the Peanut Butter Mixture:
In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Prepare the Bars:
Press the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan, spreading it evenly.
Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips by microwaving them at 50% power for 1-2 minutes. Stir the chocolate until smooth and fully melted.
Top with Chocolate:
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Chill and Set:
Place the pan in the fridge for about 1 hour to allow the bars to set and the chocolate to firm up.

Once cooled and set, cut the bars into squares and serve.
