Recipe of Fried Eggs

Ingredients:

– 1-2 large eggs

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Heat the Pan: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil, letting it heat until it’s hot but not smoking.

2. Crack the Eggs: Crack the eggs directly into the skillet. If you want, you can crack them into a bowl first to avoid shell pieces.

3. Cook the Eggs: Let the eggs cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes. For sunny-side up, cook until the whites are set but the yolk remains runny. For over-easy, gently flip the eggs and cook for an additional 30 seconds to a minute.

4. Season:Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Serve: Gently slide the eggs onto a plate and serve immediately.

Tips:

– For Fried Eggs: Use a lid to cover the pan for a minute to steam and cook the yolk slightly, making it less runny.
