Pumpkin Cheesecake Rolls
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup powdered sweetener (I used Lakanto)
2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice (separated)
Splash of pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter melted
1/4 cup granular sweetener (I used Lakanto)
Lavash bread, cut da carb,or carb friendly tortillas (your choice)
DIRECTIONS
Mix first 5 ingredients until fluffy (only use 1 tbls pumpkin pie spice here).
Cut lavash bread in half.
Put a Scoop of the pumpkin mixture in middle of wrap (I used an ice cream scoop).
Roll burrito style.
Brush with butter and place in air fryer at 325 for 8-10 minutes.
While the rolls are cooking, mix together the granulated sugar and the other 1/2 of the pumpkin pie spice.
When done cooking, place on a plate, sprinkle with sugar mixture and powdered sugar. Then drizzle with sugar free caramel.
