Pineapple Cream Filling

Ingredients:
1 chopped pineapple
1 cup of sugar
1 can of condensed milk
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/2 liter of milk
2 strained egg yolks
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

– Preparation:
Heat the pineapple and sugar over low heat until all the pineapple juice has evaporated. Set aside
Heat the condensed milk, cornstarch, milk, egg yolks and vanilla
Stir constantly until thickened. When thickened, remove from heat and let cool.
Once cool, mix with the reserved pineapple.
