Philly Cheese steak!

1 p flank steak
1.5 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp of onion and garlic powder
3oz mushrooms
1 green pepper
6 slices provolone
Slice steak into 1/4 inch thick strips. Brown in pan with Olive oil. Add salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder while cooking.
Xfer to cast iron skillet
Saute Mushrooms and Pepper in drippings from steak until soft. Pile mixture on top of beef. Then top with Provolone.
Bake 350 for 10 minutes
I broiled mine on high to brown top.
This would be great on a chaffle!
