Pepperoni Pizza Bread

Instructions

FIRST STEP:

Preheat the oven to 375*

Line a baking tray with parchment paper

Using a floured surface, roll out the bread dough to a rectangle shape approximately 14 inches by 10 inches( This does not have to be exact)

SECOND STEP:

In a small bowl combine the pizza seasoning into the melted butter and spread on the dough using a pastry brush

Cover the entire surface of the dough with pepperoni slices

Cover the pepperoni slices with the grated parmesan cheese and the shredded mozzarella cheese

THIRD STEP:

Roll the loaf up, starting on the long edges, when you are done, pinch the ends together and roll them one time under the edge

Brush with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle more grated Parmesan cheese on the top

FOURTH STEP:

Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until it is golden brown

Allow to cool for 10 minutes, and then slice with a sharp serrated knife

Use marinara sauce or pizza sauce as a dip for this sliced bread
