Pepperoni Pizza Bites Weight Watchers

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (about 1 pound) whole wheat pizza dough (look for a low-point dough)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (look for a lower-point sauce or use homemade)
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Turkey pepperoni slices (look for a leaner option)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough package instructions.
  2. Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle or your preferred shape.
  3. Add Sauce and Cheese: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Add Pepperoni: Place turkey pepperoni slices evenly across the pizza.
