Papaya Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients:

– 2 ripe papayas

– 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk

– 1/2 cup sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 tablespoon lime juice

– Pinch of salt

Directions:

1. Peel, seed, and chop the papayas into chunks.

2. In a blender, combine the papaya, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, lime juice, and salt.

3. Blend until smooth.

4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

5. Transfer to a container and freeze for several hours until firm.

6. Serve and enjoy!
